Tony Ruiters
BA (UCT), HDE (UCT), Executive Diploma Business Studies (Stanford University)
Tony is an entrepreneur and businessman with current and previous experience in the energy and petroleum, financial services, investment banking, corporate finance, asset management, media and ITC sector. He has extensive experience in engaging and interacting with business, government, and labour, both locally and internationally.
For a number of years he served in various capacities in the public sector before leaving to co-found African Harvest Ltd in 1997, a listed company on the JSE in the financial services sector. He has also been involved in setting up a number of companies in South Africa, East, West, and Southern Africa and served as an advisor to a number of significant BEE transactions.
Tony has previously served on a number of boards of listed and unlisted companies in a range of sectors, including being a member of the African Venture Capital Association. He is currently the non-executive chairperson of Business Connexion Group, Sentio Capital Management and Silvergrey, a social media start-up.
Zeyn Angamia

After being a partner at an existing mid-market private equity firm for almost 5 years, Zeyn left to co-found Adinah Capital Partners in 2013.
Zeyn graduated from the University of the Witwatersrand (WITS) with a BComm (Honours). He is a Chartered Accountant (SA) and a CFA Charterholder.
Before Adinah, Zeyn spent over fourteen years’ in auditing, corporate finance and private equity. Zeyn has been involved in the origination, management and exit of a number of transactions in the health care, logistics and staffing outsourcing industries, manufacturing, services, construction and consulting sectors. Zeyn has served on a number of boards of companies in the health care, construction, manufacturing and industrial sectors.
Lameez Mengel

Lameez holds a Bachelor of Business Science Finance (Hons) and BComm (Hons) (Accounting) degrees from the Universities of Cape Town (UCT) and Natal, and is a Chartered Accounted (SA).
After serving articles with Deloitte in South Africa, she worked in KPMG’s Advisory Services and Corporate Finance business in Johannesburg for two years. In 2011, she joined Barclays Africa, in the Corporate Finance/M&A team, gaining broad experience in M&A and general corporate finance.
